We appreciate the trust you place in Us when sharing your personal data, the security of which is very important to Us. We may ask you to provide us with access to your Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library. This will enable us to collect information that can be used to identify you.

2.2. Information We get when you use Our Service
2.2.1. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data includes information about how you use Our Service, such as the features you use, the pages you view, and the actions you take. When you access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

  • The type of mobile device you use;
  • Your mobile device unique ID;
  • The IP address of your mobile device;
  • Your mobile operating system;
  • The type of mobile Internet browser you use;
  • Unique device identifiers; and

  • To provide and maintain our Service: We help the Government recover VAT by analysing the receipt information you provide and submitting the results to the appropriate authorities or Regulator. The Regulator then organizes frequent raffle draws based on the receipts you provide, which may include prizes and incentives to encourage participation.
  • To manage your Account: The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user and to prevent identity fraud.
  • For the performance of a contract: That is, the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact you: We might need to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • To send you promotional material: We might send you news articles or links, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information by following the instructions provided in those communications.

  • Access management across eTranzact employees, contractors and other parties on a need-to-know basis.
Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, hence, We cannot guarantee its absolute security especially in situations beyond our reasonable control.

7. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
